Creating and Managing Quotations

Quotations allow you to provide customers with an estimate of costs before confirming an order. This guide explains how to create and manage quotations in the Sales Module.

  1. Go to the Sales Module and click 'Quotations' in the sidebar.
  2. Click 'Create Quotation' to start a new quotation.
  3. Select the customer and add products or services, along with quantities and prices.
  4. Apply discounts or taxes as needed.
  5. Review the quotation and click 'Save' or 'Send' to email it to the customer.
  6. Track the status of quotations (e.g., Pending, Accepted, Rejected).
  7. Convert accepted quotations to sales orders with a single click.
