ERP ERP provides tools to maintain an organized and comprehensive customer database. This guide explains how to add, edit, and manage customer information.
- Go to the Sales Module and click on 'Customers' in the sidebar.
- To add a new customer, click 'Add Customer' and fill in the necessary details like name, contact, and address.
- Assign a unique customer ID for easy tracking.
- Edit customer details by selecting the customer from the list and clicking 'Edit.'
- View sales history, outstanding invoices, and other records for each customer.
- Use filters to find customers quickly based on criteria such as name, location, or account status.
