Generating the Trial Balance

The Trial Balance is a critical report for verifying the accuracy of your accounting records. Learn how to generate and use this report in ERP ERP.

1. Go to the 'Reports Module' and click on 'Trial Balance.'
2. Filter accounts by date range or account type (e.g., Assets, Liabilities).
3. View the debit and credit balances for all accounts in the system.
4. Ensure that the total debits equal the total credits to confirm accuracy.
5. Export the Trial Balance for external audits or financial analysis.
