ERP Terms of Service

The Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access and use of ERP's SaaS products. By accessing our services, you agree to the terms outlined here. These terms ensure proper usage, define responsibilities, and protect both parties in the use of ERP's software solutions.

1. Read and agree to the Terms of Service before accessing or using ERP SaaS products.
2. Understand that BIC Technology Private Limited owns the rights to ERP trademarks and logos, and you cannot use them without permission.
3. Subscription fees for the services must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
4. Automatic subscription renewals will occur unless canceled before the expiration date.
5. Maintain accurate and updated registration data when signing up for ERP services.
6. Administrators of organization accounts must ensure the confidentiality of passwords and manage roles appropriately.
7. You retain ownership of your data, but BIC may access it as needed to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
8. The use of ERP services must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from illegal activities.
9. ERP reserves the right to terminate services for violations of the Agreement.
10. Understand the limitations of liability and disclaimers of warranties as outlined in the Agreement.
